This Sunday, there will be an Act of Remembrance at the War Memorial at 10.45 a.m. Morning worship at the Kirk will begin at 11.30 a.m. Please note the change of time. Coffee will be available from 10.30.a.m. – 11.15 a.m.
There will be a retiring offering for Poppy Scotland immediately after morning worship.
At 6.30 p.m. the Kirk Choir will be singing a “Mass for Four Voices” by William Byrd.

On Monday evening at 6.30 p.m., Ynk meets at 17 Boclair Road for a “Social Evening with Friends”.

The Afternoon Guild meets on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Main Hall, New Halls. Dr. Jon Cossar will be talking about his Rwandan Experience.

The Men’s Association meets in the Main Hall, New Halls on Tuesday at 7.30.p.m. Gillian Steele will be talking about her work with street children in Uganda.

On Wednesday, the Prayer Group meets at 9.30 a.m. in the Main Hall, New Halls.  There will be a mid-week service in the Kirk at noon.  This will be followed by lunch in the Main Hall.  There will be a Vestry Hour at 6.30 p.m.

The Afternoon Bible Study Group meets at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at 30 Roman Court.

On Thursday, the Young Women’s Group meets at 7.45 p.m. in the Main Hall, New Halls for “An Evening with St Andrew’s Ambulance”.

On Sunday 15th November, there will a short celebration of the Sacrament of Holy Communion after morning worship.
Also the Coffee Hostesses are organising a Christmas Home Produce Table in the Main Hall, with lots of seasonal fare. Donations will be much appreciated. Proceeds are in aid of the renovation of the Old Halls Lounge.

That afternoon, there will be an opportunity to see the film “The Age of Stupid” at 2 p.m. in the Main Hall, New Halls. The film provides important background to the present crisis in the abuse of the Earth’s resources. Tickets cost £5 and cover the cost of the film and the hospitality. They are available on Sundays and via the Church office.

The Friends of New Kilpatrick Christmas cards are on sale in the Walkround each Sunday and the bookstall has Crossreach 2010 Calendars on sale.
